This means everything from cutting the material, to sewing, decorating, steaming, folding and inspecting the caps is done within our Denver factory.

We created our own proprietary customer service computer systems.

These systems guarantee that you receive the same caps each time you reorder. We also have a complete history of every order you have placed with us, all at our customer service representatives’ finger tips.

We make sense financially.

Not only are we very competitive with stock imports embroidered domestically, but there is no risk involved in ordering caps through Competition Headwear. Because we manufacture and embroider in house, you are not responsible for any spoilage. You only pay for the hats we ship

Our factory is always available for tours either for yourself or your end user. We offer tours either in person or via a webcam.
